SilkRoute was born from a simple idea: bring the very best of Asian culture to Israel — not as a distant import, but as an immersive experience. Founded in 2023 by a team of Israeli-Asian food lovers, cultural enthusiasts, and travel experts, we are the only platform in Israel that unites Asian cuisine, artisan products, and curated China travel under one roof.

Every dish on our menu is crafted from generational recipes by Head Chef Li Wei, who trained in Shanghai and Tokyo. Every product in our collection is handpicked from master artisans across China. Every tour we design is led by Hebrew-speaking guides who know both cultures intimately.
